The Oracle’s Gaze
The Oracle’s Gaze
Agate, basalt, quartzite, beach pebbles, resin base
11 × 11 × 10 cm
A contemplative small-scale sculpture that channels the aura of ancient talismans.
At the heart of the piece rests a rounded red-eye agate, its concentric markings recalling the mythical all-seeing eye — a symbol once thought to protect seekers and reveal hidden truths.
The agate is supported by a dark basalt pebble streaked with pale quartz, itself anchored on a larger smooth quartzite stone.
The trio rises from a clear resin base, as if poised at the edge of water — a relic brought from the depths to the light.
The Oracle’s Gaze invites the viewer into a moment of stillness, as though beholding an artefact lifted from a forgotten sanctuary — an emblem of insight, balance and the earth’s quiet mysteries.
