My new series of paintings

My new series of paintings

I wouldn’t normally share yet but I’m applying to the @tkestudios in Margate and they will be looking at IG and websites as part of the selection process.I need a bigger space to create the series. The only reason I could make the ones I have is because my partner and dog are away for a few days. I’m using the living areas.Wish me luck!   #traceyemin @traceyeminstudio #studioart #onthewall #londongalleries #margate #largepainting

Sunflowers

Sunflowers

This is one of the sunflowers I grew at my sculpture park. Many years later I painted a giant sunflower. I still own this painting unlike most of my older works.I’ve been inspired by flowers since my first visit to the @the_rhs Chelsea Flower Show 30 years ago. Many of the sculptures in my sculpture park were based on tulips.Follow my journey as I tell the story behind my sculptures in the upcoming exhibition at @pangolin.london next month.         #sunflowerpainting #sunflowerlove #chelseaflowershow #gardeners #sculpturepark
